1WIN provides everything you need to know about the upcoming Europa League play-off draw. The  2022-2023 Europa League group stage  has come to an end and has a few surprises in store.
For Premier League teams Arsenal and Manchester United, the news is mixed. The Gunners emerged as Group A winners, but Erik ten Hag's team had to settle for second place in Group E despite ending with a 1-0 win over Real Sociedad.
The Red Devils enter the play-off draw along with PSV, Rennes, Roma, Union Berlin, Midtjylland and Nantes. The play-off winners will join Arsenal and other group winners Fenerbahce, Real Betis, Union SG, Feyenoord, Freibug and Ferencváros in the round of 16.

When will the Europa League play-off draw take place?

The 2022–23 Europa League play-off stage draw will take place on   Monday  7 November 2022. It starts at   12:00 GMT / 7:00 AM ET / 4:30 PM EST .
It will take place at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

Europa League play-off draw procedure

The eight teams that finish second in the UEFA Europa League group stage will be  seeded , while the eight teams that finish third in the UEFA Champions League group stage will be non-  seeded .
Clubs from the same association cannot play against each other, so Barcelona cannot face another team from La Liga, and Bayer Leverkusen cannot play together with another Bundesliga team.
